Remix ads that already work, and watch your CPA drop

The cheapest way to a lower CPA isn’t a new idea. It’s a winning ad with the parts swapped out.

Most brands treat every new ad as a new idea. That’s the expensive way to do it.

A remix is simpler. Take an ad that’s already performing, keep what makes it work, and change the parts people get tired of.

Why it lowers your CPA

When you test a brand new concept, you’re testing everything at once: the hook, the format, the person, the pacing. Most of those guesses will be wrong, and you pay for every one.

When you remix, the structure has already been proven. You’re only testing the variables. Fewer wrong guesses -> fewer wasted dollars -> lower cost per acquisition.

How to remix

  • Find the ad. Yours, or one in your category that has been running for months.
  • Name what stays. The hook shape, the camera, the pacing, how the product shows up.
  • Swap what fatigues. The person, the setting, the opening line, the offer.
  • Launch them in a batch. Ten versions tell you more than one.

Where to do it in diffusr

  • Recast swaps the people in a clip and keeps its sound and performance.
  • Make one like it loads a template’s whole prompt with slots for your person and product.
  • “Remix an ad I like” is one of the goals on the Creatives Agent’s home. Paste the ad and it takes it from there.

This is how Shopee went from $470 to $97 per winner. Not by finding one genius idea. By remixing two formats that worked, 1,500 times.

Don’t reinvent the ad. Remix it.
